Not a generic scan-and-send appointment.

Every Cadillac visit starts with the VIN and the exact system on that vehicle. We match the scan, setup conditions, target placement, and documentation to the platform in front of us.

  1. Diagnostic path

What is your Cadillac actually telling you?

We start with you. You tell us what the Cadillac has been doing — Super Cruise that will not engage on I-72, a Lyriq that lost twenty miles of range overnight, an Escalade with a Magnetic Ride warning after a pothole, a CT5 that says the lane camera is unavailable in light rain. We write it down in your words because the way you describe it usually points us to the right system.

    Brand scan tools

We connect to your Cadillac with the same scan tool Cadillac dealers use, so we see every module — not just the engine.

  2. Calibration path

Get the safety systems back to factory spec.

When General Motors green-lit hands-free driving, they gave the program to Cadillac first. The 2017 CT6 launched with a pre-mapped roadway database, a long-range radar, a forward camera, and most importantly, a driver-facing infrared camera in the steering column that watched your eyes. No production vehicle in America had ever combined those four pieces before. Cadillac built the template that everyone else has chased ever since.

    The original hands-free

Super Cruise launched on the 2017 CT6, years before any competing hands-free system. We calibrate it the way Cadillac engineered it.

    Driver attention camera

Cadillac's steering-wheel light bar and the driver-monitoring camera that watches your eyes both need precise aim. We service the system Cadillac pioneered.

Model coverage

Cadillac vehicles we service.

Coverage starts with the VIN, not a generic model list. For Cadillac, that means confirming the exact camera, radar, and driver-assistance package before the car moves into the bay.

Send the VIN and a quick description of what was repaired or what warning light came on. We will tell you whether you need diagnostics, calibration, or both — and what it costs before you commit.
